A transplant from the east coast, Janet has loved living, working, and playing in Colorado since 1997. When they made the choice to move here, she and her husband knew that Colorado would be the perfect place to live, raise their two children, and eventually retire.  Janet has been working in real estate since 1985, and in her time working in Colorado, Janet has branched away from the larger company “names” to provide more personal relationships through Porterfield Real Estate Group. Combining her skills as a licensed appraiser with her years of experience in real estate, Janet’s mission is to fulfill her clients’ home-owning dreams in the simplest way.
